Return and Refund for Canadian residents
You can return your product up to 15 days after receiving them for whatever the reason. Shipping fees for the returned packages are to be handled by customers. For each item, you will be reimbursed. If you want an exchange for another reason than an abnormal defective item, we will refund your item and you will be able to made a new purchase on the website. After 15 days, Enchanted Gems reserves the right to refuse a refund or a credit.
Return and Refund for USA residents and others
You can return your product up to 30 days after receiving them for whatever the reason. Shipping fees for the returned packages are to be handled by customers. For each item, you will be reimbursed. If you want an exchange for another reason than an abnormal defective item, we will refund your item and you will be able to made a new purchase on the website. After 30 days, Enchanted Gems reserves the right to refuse a refund or a credit.
Return procedure
We have made every effort to ensure that the return be very simple. If you wish to return your entire order or just a few items:
- Include your name, address and contact information in the package.
- Request the shipping address by emailing us at antje@enchantedgems.ca
- When we receive your return, a refund will be issued.
- In the case of a refund, you will be reimbursed according to the payment method that you used for your purchase within 24 hours of receipt of your package at our shipping center.
IMPORTANT
- For hygiene issue, earrings (including sets) and clearance sales are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Enchanted Gems promotions are non-cumulative and non-redeemable for cash.
- Enchanted Gems discounts are not refundable when returning merchandise.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable
